Overview

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) within AutoStore is process where documents can be transformed from an image file into PDF or Office formats. It can easily be integrated into any process via drag-and-drop and addresses simple needs like conversion into PDF /PDF-A, but also the more complex indexing requirements like zonal OCR or more enterprise class performance requirements through load distribution over multiple CPU cores.

Licensing
All versions of AutoStore are licensed with the Abbyy OCR Engine for 1 CPU core. Additional OCR Engines can be licensed in AutoStore Workflow.
