Mehdi Tehranchi

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mehdi Tehranchi is a co-founder of Notable Solutions, Inc. With more than 20 years of software experience, Tehranchi has been the driving force behind NSi’s growth and innovation.

Under Tehranchi’s leadership, NSi has become a leading provider of paper and electronic content capture and business automation solutions. This success has resulted in more than 30,000 NSi AutoStore servers being deployed around the world and revenues nearly doubling from the company’s fiscal year 2008 through 2010. With total customers for NSi products topping the 8,000 mark for the first time during fiscal year 2011.

Tehranchi continues to be successful in building NSi’s international presence by expanding the company’s operations in Latin America and Europe. With revenue outside of North America represented more than 40 percent of the company’s fiscal year results.

Prior to starting NSi, Tehranchi successfully managed a private telecommunication consulting company with contracts representing major telecom companies such as Bell Communication Research (BellCore) and MCI. He also served as NSi’s Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer before being named the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Tehranchi has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.

 

Ali Tehranchi

Ali Tehranchi is a co-founder of Notable Solutions, Inc. Tehranchi has more than 16 years experience in the electronic content capture industry. Throughout his tenure at NSi, he has been responsible for managing the operations of the company. Additionally, he successfully manages NSi’s partner programs by establishing long term strategic partnerships with companies such as Xerox and Ricoh.

Prior to co-founding NSi, he held senior technical positions at GTE Vantage Solutions, Ideas Commercial Systems and Booz Allen & Hamilton.

Tehranchi holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.

 

Phil Salopek

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Phil Salopek is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at NSi. He is responsible for finance and accounting, human resources, legal and information technology. He has more than a decade of executive financial management experience.

Prior to NSi, Salopek served as the Chief Financial Officer at AXENT Technologies, BroadSoft and Approva. He participated in AXENT’s IPO and was the CFO when the company was sold to Symantec for approximately one billion dollars.

Salopek serves on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chapter of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL). He was also named the 2009 Maryland Business Person of the Year for his efforts in supporting local students. Additionally, Salopek served on the Board of Directors of Netria Systems and was a 2006 Nominee for the KPMG Greater Washington Technology Private Company CFO of the Year award.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from James Madison University.

 

Henric Harutunian

Chief Technology Officer

Henric Harutunian is the Chief Technology Officer at NSi. He is responsible for the technology division at NSi where he directs product development, device integration, GUI design, user security and content capture. Harutunian has more than 20 years of software experience.

Prior to NSI, he was with OTG Software where he designed and developed enterprise applications. Harutunian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

 

 

Richard Bosworth

Richard Bosworth is the Chief Sales Officer at NSi. He is responsible for NSi’s customer-facing functions on a global basis, including all sales, professional services, maintenance services, channel management, business development and sales operations activities. Bosworth has more than 30 years of experience in the software business. He also has extensive experience in both direct and channel sales.

Prior to NSi, Bosworth was the Vice President of Sales at Kofax, where he lead the company through a 5-year growth cycle that saw Kofax capture sales grow from $6MM to over $100MM.

He has also held senior sales positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, XCS (Xerox Computer Services), View Tech (IPO in 1995), PictureTel and SSA/BPICS – MISI.

Bosworth holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

 

Rachid Sijelmassi

Rachid Sijelmassi is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at NSi. In this role, he directs all activities related to NSi software research, design and development. Sijelmassi adds more than 20 years of software engineering experience to the executive team at NSi. Prior to joining NSi, Sijelmassi was Vice President of Software Engineering at CA Technologies in Herndon, Va. He also served as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Optinuity, Inc. in Bethesda, Md., in addition to other high level positions in software development organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bordeaux University in France.

 

 

 

Mike Morper

Vice President Marketing

Mike Morper is the Vice President of Marketing at NSi. Morper is responsible for all marketing initiatives, product management, product marketing, brand, industry and field marketing functions. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in product management, product marketing, channel and brand management expertise to NSi.

Morper has held senior positions in companies such as Sage Software where he led the organization’s mid-market ERP product management team and General Electric where he was instrumental in the introduction of new hardware and software product offerings.

Before joining General Electric, Morper was at Kofax where he led product marketing efforts including worldwide go-to-market strategies and various product management responsibilities for the company’s document capture software, imaging hardware and toolkits.

Morper holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.

 

Kaveh Parsee

Parsee is the Chief Architect at NSi. He is responsible for product development, and is focused on building cutting-edge capture workflow business applications. Parsee brings more than 14 years of software experience to NSi.

During his tenure with NSi, Parsee has led the development group in defining, developing and creating all products including the company’s flagship product AutoStore. He also has been instrumental in the development and delivery of private labeled AutoStore product lines to major worldwide partners such as Xerox, IKON and Kyocera Mita.

Parsee holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

 

Jud Cairns

Jud Cairns is the Vice President of Client Services at NSi. He is an industry veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience in enterprise software companies. Cairns leads the company’s Professional Services organization, responsible for implementing custom content capture solutions, as well as NSi’s Customer Support team.

Cairns has held senior services, support and operational leadership positions for a variety of technology companies including Metavante, TREEV, and Legent.  Immediately prior to joining NSi, Cairns led a consultancy providing advisory and interim management services to software and technology companies.

Cairns holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech.

 

Gabriel Schwartzman

Vice President Output Management

Gabriel Schwartzman is the Vice President of Output Management at NSi. He brings over 15 years of experience in the print and document output management industry to the company. Prior to working for NSi, Schwartzman was the CEO of Barr Systems, where he led the development of the Barr EOM platform. As part of NSi’s acquisition of the Barr EOM technology, Schwartzman joined NSi, together with the teams that developed, supported, and sold the product.

Schwartzman holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business.
